Disclaimer and Client Acknowledgment Policy for Massage Services by Ade

Policy Overview:

This policy is established to inform clients of the unlicensed status of Ade, the provider of massage services, and to outline the terms under which clients voluntarily book and receive massage services. The policy aims to protect both Ade and the client by clearly defining the scope of responsibility and liability.

1. Unlicensed Status Disclosure:

By booking a massage with Ade, clients acknowledge and agree that Ade is not a licensed massage therapist under the laws of the State of Texas. Ade provides massage services based solely on personal experience and is not certified by any professional body or regulatory authority.

2. Client's Assumption of Risk:

Clients understand and acknowledge that:

Booking and receiving a massage from Ade is done at their own discretion and risk.
Ade is not liable for any injuries, conditions, or adverse effects that may arise during or after the massage session.
Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being and must assess any pre-existing medical conditions before booking a session with Ade.

3. Release of Liability:

By proceeding with the booking and receiving massage services from Ade, clients agree to the following:

Clients release Ade from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may result from the massage services provided.
This release includes, but is not limited to, any harm, injury, or adverse effect that occurs during or after the massage session.
Clients understand that Ade makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcomes or effects of the massage services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may cancel or reschedule their booked massage session under the following conditions:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made no less than 12 hours before the scheduled session.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 12-hour window will result in a charge of $30, which will be applied to the client’s next booking.
Clients who fail to show up for a booked session will also incur a $30 charge, to be paid at their next booking.

5. Client's Acknowledgment:

Before the commencement of any massage session, clients will be required to sign an acknowledgment form confirming that they:

Have read and understood this policy.
Voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving a massage from Ade.
Agree to release Ade from any and all liability as outlined in this policy.

6. Booking at Client's Discretion:

Clients are reminded that booking a massage with Ade is a voluntary decision made at their own discretion. They are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare professional before engaging in any massage services, especially if they have any pre-existing health concerns or conditions.

7. Governing Law:

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

8. Amendments to the Policy:

Ade reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before their scheduled appointments, and continued use of Ade's services will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
